I received the incorrect product or size. What do I do?Updated 2 years ago

If you receive an incorrect product or size in error, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Please send us a picture of the product. We'll need to send that to our Fulfillment Team so they can check their product scans. You can email us at [email protected]

  2. We will need to have the incorrect product returned to us. You can do that by initiating a return on our website here:  Returns Centre

  3. Once the return is initiated, we will ship out the correct product.
