I received an email that my order was delivered by I don't see it.Updated a year ago

Once a carrier delivers your package and it's scanned, it's updated in the carrier system. Since we integrate with various shipping carriers, when they've updated their delivery scans you'll receive a Delivery Confirmation email from us.

If you are not able to locate your shipment, please do the following prior to contacting us:

  1. Please check the carrier website for more details on where your package was delivered.

  2. Please check other areas around your residence for where the package may have been left. Please also check community mailboxes/condo mailboxes, etc.

  3. If you are still unable to locate your package, please phone the carrier directly to open up an inquiry or investigation. Please provide them with the tracking number when you call.
