I chose pick up instead of shipping and I want my order shipped. What can I do?Updated 6 months ago

We have two different locations where we stock products. Our Fulfillment Centre fulfills online orders only, and our TrichoSpa which doesn’t fulfill online orders. It is for in-person shopping or pick-up orders placed online. Our locations will have varying amounts of inventory.

If you only saw the Pick-up option at Check out, it’s an indication that one or more of the items you ordered is not in stock in our Fulfillment Centre which means that the order can’t be shipped.

 Inventory Information

If the "Get It Shipped" quantity is 0, the items can't be shipped. We've included the inventory quantities for every product on our website. Just select the size you are interested in to see the quantities. We try to keep the inventory as up-to-date as possible. 





If you add a product where the "Get It Shipped" quantity is 0, at the Cart page you'll see this error message:



What To Do Next
1. If you would like your order shipped it will have to be cancelled and placed specifically as an order to be shipped and not picked up.

To do this:
Please go to your Order Status page

2.  To proceed with your order, please navigate to the respective product page for each product you are ordering and remove all products and sizes where the Get It Shipped inventory is 0.

3. At Check Out please ensure you choose Shipping instead of Pick up as your delivery option.
