I chose an expedited service for my shipping option and it hasn't shipped yet. Why not?Updated 2 years ago

The timeframes given by couriers for orders are estimations. The estimations are based on when the order has been shipped from our fulfillment centre. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process orders, based on the day the order is placed.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many couriers are having ongoing issues and delays with package deliveries. They are suspending all delivery guarantees. What this means is that even if expedited services are chosen as the method of shipping, that doesn't guarantee your package will be delivered in 1 or 2 days. This is due to the massive backlog and physical distancing measures they have to put in place. They also are not providing refunds for items not being delivered on time due to the suspension of their delivery guarantee.
