I added products to my cart but there is no discount applied. What's going on?Updated 6 months ago

If you've added products to the cart and the discount wasn't applied to products, There are a few things to make note of or check.

  • This promotion is scheduled to begin and end on specific dates and times. It starts on Monday, November 20th at 8 AM EST, and ends on Sunday, November 26th at 8 AM EST. If you are ordering outside of these dates and times, the respective discounts won’t be applied to eligible items.

  • While you are shopping and choosing the products you would like to purchase you won't see the discounted prices before products are added to the cart. However once you view your shopping cart you'll see the prices of the products with the discounts applied.



       

  • At the Checkout page you'll also be able to confirm the discounts have been applied as the name of the discount, the percentage off and the dollar value of the discount applied will be visible. 


  • The minimum order amount is $25 before taxes (the Subtotal).

  • Check if there are products in the cart to which the discount doesn't applied. The SAMPLE POUCHES aren't discounted and if they are added to your cart, then don't count towards the $25 minimum spend.
